YBLC 1 on 1 mentorship consists of:

• Be a college or law school student in NC

• Meet with your mentor at least once a month

• Attend at least 1 event for aspiring lawyers

• Be available, respectful, and willing to learn from your mentor

• Commit to the mentorship program for the 2024 calendar

YBLC Events for aspiring lawyers may include:

• Virtual coffee and/or lunch meet and greets

• Service day(s)

• Networking mixer

• Volunteer opportunities at YBLC events

• Dinner with the mentors

• Mentor/mentee outings

• Resume and Writing Workshops
