It all began with an idea: uniting young, Black Lawyers in the Charlotte area. Slowly, but surely, it formed into a plan and the plan was shared with others. The group came together and the rest was history!

  • You must be a licensed attorney or pending bar admittance, and 40 years of age or under.

  • Membership dues are $50 a year.

  • According to the American Bar Association, Black attorneys only make up five percent of all lawyers in the nation. As more of us enter the legal field, it is important that we rely on community for support, guidance, and resources.
